Services
Supreme Comfort LLC provides residential and commercial HVAC services in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and applicable local regulations.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. We provide upfront pricing before work begins, and no work will be performed without your approval.
Warranties
Supreme Comfort LLC offers warranties on parts and labor as specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We strive to honor all scheduled appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We respond to all emergency requests within 24 hours, and emergency service may be subject to different terms.
Limitation of Liability
Supreme Comfort LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
